Madden King and I have recently agreed to do a posting exchange kind of thing with the NHL and NBA playoffs.
What we are doing is that we ask you to take the time to register at TSU (you can find the link in our affiliates page) and chip in a couple posts regarding the NHL playoffs all playoffs long. Of course, we still expect you to post here at FYI but please make an effort to contribute to TSU. Here's a suggestion.
I would love to register and participate at The Sports Universe, just as any other organization that Nick deems appropriate for an FYI affiliation . . . However, for people like me that operate on a very tight schedule, please don't just announce things and stuff -- provide a convenient link. Once there, we can register and bookmark the site as a friend of FYI. For example: at this very moment I am in a hotel room in San Fran and really don't have time to search around for clickable areas or other hoops just to register somewhere or participate in a worthwhile affiliation. As a marketing genius  I really like these affiliation agreements (as long as they get involved like Shallowbay) -- but please make it easier for us old geezers with little spare time.  -------------------- |
